Such a waste

..To have to fight internal battles. Not just the time spent defending, internal sell, pacification meetings...but all the actual WORK that u and ur team do that gets undone..product made that no-one gets to see.
why I'm really upset? Its not that I din expect this, its that I expected the OPPOSITE!
